‘Fashion for Compassion’ show and scholarship competition is Friday
The Dante Alighieri Society of Michigan is holding a “Fashion for Compassion” event at 6 p.m. Friday at Penna’s of Sterling, 38400 Van Dyke, Sterling Heights. The event will feature membership awards, a fashion show by Roma Sposa Atelier and the young designer scholarship competition. Ticket prices are: $50 for members; $65 for nonmembers and $25 for students with a valid ID. The price includes dinner and an open bar. Add $10 to buy tickets at the door.
